This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored and used by us on the DSL website https://www.dhanistocks.com/ (“Website”) and/or Dhani Stocks mobile application (“Dhani Stocks App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform”. “You” and “Your” shall mean anyone who visits, accesses, or uses the Platform or obtains Services from us through the Platform.

DSL does not automatically collect your personally identifiable information. 4.Disclosure

We do not voluntarily disclose your personal information to any third party but in exceptional circumstances, we may do so if we are required by a court order, by Government Authorities, by law enforcement authorities or by other legal processes or where it becomes necessary to do so to protect the rights or property of DSL and/or its group companies/affiliates, etc. We may also disclose your information to a third party as part of a merger or transfer or any restructuring.

We restrict access to your personal information to employees who we believe reasonably need to know that data in order to fulfill their jobs to provide, operate, develop, or improve our products or services.

You hereby specifically agree and provide your consent thereby enabling DSL and/or our group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates to collect, store, transfer, process and share information (including Personal Information) related to you with third parties such as Banks, financial institutions, credit information companies, Regulatory Authorities such as Securities Exchange Board of India, Statutory Bodies, National Stock Exchange of India Limited/Bombay Stock Exchange Limited/Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI)/payment gateways/ collecting banks/KRAs etc. solely for the purpose of reviewing your profile and processing your transaction requests for the Services or for other products/services offered by us or our group companies, affiliates and subsidiary companies.

Further, DSL, its group companies, its affiliates, and their directors and employees ("DSL Group”) accept no liability and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental or consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss, damage or expenses) from your use of our Platform or inability to use by any party, howsoever arising, and including any loss, damage or expense arising from, but not limited to, any defect, error, omission, interruption, imperfection, fault, mistake or inaccuracy with any mobile or online application, its Contents (material, information, data, money market movements, news items, etc.) or associated services, or due to unavailability of any application or any part thereof or any Contents or associated services even if DSL is advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses.

Please note that DSL retains all rights (including copyrights, trademarks, patents as well as any other intellectual property right) in relation to all information provided on or via this web site (including all texts, graphics and logos).

Please note that DSL does not seek/collect your actual, direct, personal non-aggregated data available on such social networking sites. DSL shall, at all times, ensure to implement reasonable security practices and procedures (such as managerial, operational, physical and technical) for the purpose of protection and safeguarding of your personal data and information as the same is of vital importance to DSL.

14.No contractual obligation

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party, nor is it intended to do so.

If we possess your contact information, we may want to keep you posted about our products, services and events, through email. Should you prefer not to keep up to date with DSL news and latest information on services and receive such marketing materials, please send an email to unsubscribe at helpdesk@dhani.com. However, such withholding of data or withdrawal of consent may result in us not being able to provide services and facilities and we reserve its right to take appropriate action with respect to any obligations or in relation to any contract under which such Personal Data was sought. We will update your preferences as soon as reasonably practical. However, do note, if you opt out of our emailing list, as described here, we may not be able to remove your Personal Data from all databases of DSL or other third parties. For that, you would need to raise a request to erase your data as mentioned in the above section (control over your information).
